Important Deadlines Not To Miss!

Happy Friday ETA readers!

I know it is almost the weekend here in Elon, North Carolina but I wanted to post a quick note about tomorrow’s deadlines! Tomorrow (Saturday, January 10th) is the LAST day to apply to Elon University for possible freshmen admission for the fall of 2009! Be sure to submit your application by 11:59 p.m. tomorrow evening!

Tomorrow is also the LAST day to apply for Elon University’s Fellows program. I know that I briefly mentioned it back in November (I mentioned the Fellows program in a post on November 14), but I would HIGHLY encourage all of you to take a look at this phenomenal academic program that Elon University offers! By visiting http://www.elon.edu/e-web/admissions/fellows/, you can learn about the different programs (Honors Fellows, Elon College Fellows, Business Fellows, Communications Fellows, Leadership Fellows, and Teaching Fellows) as well as apply online for this program. The Fellows Program is essentially an enhanced academic experience for students that also has a scholarship opportunities. Students (whether domestic or international) are eligible to compete for scholarships within each of these programs. There is also a 1,000 USD study abroad grant available to each Fellow in each program. While these are competitive programs to get into, it is worth it to check these programs out!

Most importantly, if you have any type of technology issues with these applications, do not hesitate to contact me! Just send me an email and I will try to help you through it when I have a chance to respond to your email.

Have a wonderful weekend and please take a moment to consider applying for the Fellows Program!
